Uniform Policy
Aireco’s established uniform dress code policy for all branch personnel was created to present a professional image to our customers. All branch personnel are required to wear company provided shirts!
Branch Personnel Dress Code Policy:
All branch personnel are expected and required to wear company provided shirts every work day. They are to be worn with appropriate pants such as khakis, jeans and shorts (in hot weather). No cutoffs, pants with holes or athletic shorts are allowed.
All shirts will be embroidered with the employee name and Aireco logo.
Each branch employee will be able to order 5 uniform items, twice a year during the set ordering schedule created by Aireco management.
Only one sweatshirt item may be placed per order.
Branches will be notified when orders can be placed.
New branch employees can order their first 5 items after first 30 days of employment, with prior approval from their regional manager.
Employees are to maintain their uniform shirts in a presentable form and are to notify their branch manager if a replacement is needed due to normal wear and tear. Any shirts that cannot be worn due to abuse and require a replacement - will be the responsibility of the employee who will be charged the value of the item.
Repeated failure to comply with this policy will result with disciplinary action.
As a reminder, no open toed sandals or flip-flops can be worn in the branches or warehouse areas.
Guidelines for placing an order:
All uniform shirt orders will be placed through the branch manager.
Branch manager accounts are setup using your own email address.
All branch employees can visit the uniform website to view the shirt selections but all orders must be placed through the branch manager. The branch manager will be required to login at checkout.
Each branch employee including counter sales and branch manager can order 5 uniform items and only one of those can be a sweatshirt. All five items must be placed all at one time on a single order per branch employee.
Uniforms will be ordered twice a year and branches will be notified when it is time to place orders. Orders must be placed during the allotted time period set by Aireco. Failure to place orders during that time, will result in waiting until the next order cycle.
Various styles are available and the branch employee can select the shirt style of their liking. Please feel free to order a combination of different styles. Only one sweatshirt is permitted per order.
Please note: some styles are only available up to a size 4XL. If larger sizes are needed, please contact Bryan Martin
bmartin@aireco.com
for a special size request. Please include the item number(s) and quantities for the style shirts you like and email that information to Bryan. Krista Samek in Marketing will assist with placing your special order.
Size charts are available on each item. Make sure to select the correct size, as all orders are final and there is a no return policy.
Branch managers should place individual orders per employee and utilize their individual budget at one time. Make sure to include the branch employee name on the order for tracking purposes. *Do not combine items for multiple employees to an order – the order will be rejected.
Shirts are required to be embroidered with the branch employee’s first name only. The personalization field is required.
Bryan Martin will review all orders before they are finalized for production. Orders may be rejected if they do not follow the guidelines above.
All orders will be shipped to the branch location.
