Answer:
Yes, the up charges are automatically included when the item is added to the
shopping cart.

4) How do I check the status of my order?

Answer:
You will receive an acknowledgment of your order by email.
Click on the Order Status button for order details and shipping information. Call inventory customer service at 920-683-7400 or 1-888-683-7400 with any questions or you may email ecommteam@towsleys.com with questions.

5) How do I make a return or an exchange?

Answer:
All sales are final. No exchanges or returns are allowed as Towsleys does not maintain an inventory of apparel items.

6) How long does my order take to ship?

Answer:
A typical order will ship within 24 business hours (8a.m.- 5p.m. Mon - Fri cst.)
if all merchandise is in stock. Items are shipped by UPS ground unless otherwise
specified by the customer. Call for rates on rush delivery.

2) How do I make a return or an exchange?

Answer:
Worn or washed clothing cannot be exchanged or returned. No close-out items can be returned. Purchaser is responsible for freight both ways on a return or exchange.
